We strive to make your experience easy, efficient, and speedy with only 3 easy steps! Download the app and use location code BIGBUB, load funds to the app, and enter machine number or scan the QR code on machines here in Big Bubbles Laundromat!

STEP 1: DOWNLOAD THE APP

• Download the FREE Speed Queen App from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
• Register with your email address, enter the verification code that is sent.
• Add the location of Big Bubbles  by entering location PIN: BIGBUB 

STEP 2: LOAD MONEY

• Click on “Your account balance”.
• Load value with your Credit card, Debit card, or Apple Pay.

OR

• Find the SQ Value Center of this Speed Queen Laundry, scan the QR Code shown on the screen and follow the instructions. Then press the BLUE BUTTON, and your phone will show the amount added.

STEP 3: GET WASHING!

• Fill the washing machine, add detergent and select your cycle.
• Enter the machine’s ID into the App – OR – Scan the QR code on the machine.
• Tap “pay” on the App, press Start, and relax!
